Technical Sales Administrator
The role of Technical Sales Administrator involves developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships in a dynamic and innovative team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop new business through virtual communication, emails, and collaboration tools.
* Achieve sales targets by focusing on turnover, profitable growth, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for designated accounts.
* Create and execute tailored account plans for OEMs and other key customers.
* Identify industry-specific trends and opportunities to enhance market development and convert leads into business.
* Design and implement efficient processes, tools, and campaigns to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* Basic product knowledge and application understanding within the industry; prior experience is preferable.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a proactive approach.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
* Highly organized and goal-oriented, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Full authorization to work in Ireland, including necessary visas and sponsorships.
