Job Title: Litigation Secretary / PA
We are working with a Dublin-based legal firm to recruit for an experienced Litigation Secretary / PA.
This role is office based and will be responsible for secretarial / PA duties to a Senior Partner along with members of the litigation team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide legal administrative support to one managing partner
* Update systems as required
* Maintain filing system for all solicitor/client work
* Provide support to other members of the team
* Answer all incoming calls, type letters, memo's and reports as required
* Deal with clients as required in a professional manner
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years prior experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Admin in Commercial Litigation
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent computer skills - MS Office Suite
* Excellent prioritisation skills
* Must be a team player
