About Your New Job
* Designing and implementing a customer-centric service model in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Developing and executing engagement and training strategies to improve customer experience.
* Driving culture change to ensure customer needs and expectations are at the heart of business decisions.
* Creating and managing programs that incentivise excellent customer service through recognition and rewards.
* Measuring success through employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and CX transformation initiatives.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in customer service transformation, customer experience, or customer engagement management role.
* Strong background in designing and implementing customer-centricity programs and training strategies.
* Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical mindset, with a track record of using insights to improve customer experience.
* Third-level qualification in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
