Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our team of surveyors in managing all of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a minimum of 5-10 years post-qualification experience.
They will be responsible for coordinating the estimating and tendering function, agreeing budgets and commercial targets, and ensuring the procurement function is coordinated across various company divisions.
A key aspect of this role will be developing and maintaining good working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, sub-contractors, and site management teams.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and administering construction contracts, ensuring close monitoring of all commercial aspects of projects, and identifying and promoting new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong knowledge of building detail and construction technology, as well as excellent written, oral communication, and time management skills.
You will also need to be proficient in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and have a strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.
