Job Description
The Customer Service Operator will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts. The Customer Service Operator performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation.
Job Responsibilities
What we are looking for:
* Responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
* Required to perform a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents
* Communicates effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
* Multi-task effectively by speaking and entering client data
Qualifications
* 2+ years of relevant CSSO experience
* Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
* Able to work well in a team
* Excellent communication skills
