Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing office support, answering queries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data management, record-keeping, and report preparation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and computerized databases.
* Offer timely and effective communication services, responding to queries and managing correspondence.
* Collaborate with Managers and teams to provide necessary information and support.
* Represent the organization in a positive manner, promoting a customer-focused environment.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
