We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to handle payroll, financial transactions, and support daily financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and financial administration, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll Support: Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing.Financial Management: Handle accounts payable/receivable, chase outstanding payments, and maintain accurate financial records.Transaction Recording: Accurately enter daily financial transactions and ensure proper coding.Reconciliation: Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.Administrative Support: Assist with organizing records and various office tasks.Required Skills & Experience: Experience in payroll processing and financial administration.Knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.Proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.Good time management and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Qualities: Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
