The Commercial Relationship Manager is a key role within the Pharma Services Business Unit.
Responsibilities include managing commercial accounts for Global Pharmaceutical Clients, ensuring Almac understands and exceeds client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding client supply needs
* Introducing new markets
* Coordinating changes in scopes of work
* Implementing improved ways of working
* Tracking commercial delivery performance and service levels
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) qualification
* Previous experience working within customer relationship or project management role
* OR Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
Desirable Criteria
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) qualification in a Life Sciences, Engineering or Business related discipline
* Previous experience in the use of Microsoft office Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power BI
* Previous line management experience
