Permanent Supervisor We are currently seeking a pro-active, results driven Supervisor to join the team in our store. The role The Supervisor is responsible for helping the Store Manager with the stores overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing the team in Manager s absence. What to expect from the role Day to day, you will support the manager and help motivate the in-store team by identifying and maximizing on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service. You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store team, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the stores successful commercial execution You will be trained thoroughly in the Tony Kealys way of doing things. You will become an expert in the nursery trade including the different products needs to help advise customers on how to help transport, sleep, feed and bathe their child. The successful candidate The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader who will confidently support the manager and their team to provide an unforgettable in-store experience.
