Job Title: HR Officer
A leading and family-operated distribution company is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Coleraine.
Job Summary:
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing HR Generalist support across the business
* Managing investigation, disciplinary & grievance case work
* Delivering corporate induction and HR training
* Recruitment tasks (end-to-end process)
* Providing advice and guidance on all HR related matters
Essential Criteria:
* CIPD Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
* 1 year experience in a HR Administration or Officer/Generalist role
* Experience of end-to-end recruitment
* Demonstrable experience/knowledge of investigation/disciplinary meetings
Desirable Criteria:
* Sage experience & knowledge
* Experience of PAMS HR system
* Employment law knowledge of NI, Scotland and ROI
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Driving the business HR Strategy across the group
* Conducting investigation/disciplinary & grievance meetings & associated case work
* Advising and supporting Managers, Supervisors & Employees
* Preparing letters and documents for employees & employee relation case work
* Ensuring all HR records are updated and maintained
* Creating and providing HR data analysis and reporting
