* 180 Recruiter: If you excel in candidate management but want to avoid business development.
* 360 Recruiter: If you thrive on both business development and candidate management, this is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and make the desk your own.
Your Background:
We’re seeking someone with recruitment experience in Accountancy, Insurance, Financial Services, or similar industries. A solid understanding of these sectors is key.
Opportunities for Growth:
In addition to broking roles, there’s potential to build a wider Financial Services desk covering areas like funds, banking, and more. This desk would start cold but offers plenty of room for growth and development.
