Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for a Hotel Operations Manager for one of our clients, a 4* hotel based in Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, work with the hotel Operations Director to set budgets and implement proposals, adhere to company policies and procedure and ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests in the hotel.
Requirements:
1. 2/3 + years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel setting.
2. Must have a strong knowledge of all departments within the hotel with a particular emphasis on food & beverage/ sales & events and the new initiatives/innovations taking place within the industry.
3. Must have excellent people management and leadership skills.
