Counter Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to oversee our team of Sales Advisors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
* Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management.
* Manage inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation effectively.
Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
* Ability to create and execute in-store events.
* Flexible availability across days/hours with a focus on work-life balance.
* Proficient in Microsoft office and able to prove right to live and work in the country.
