Sales Specialist (Surgical Devices)
Job Summary:
This role exists due to our ongoing successes and ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join the Surgical Sales Team, focusing on supporting existing business in the territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities through introduction and support of the surgical product range.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales targets across the Surgical product portfolio.
* Identify market opportunities.
* Maintain existing business & grow the business through existing accounts and new business generation.
* Foster excellent relations with all customers and key decision makers and present a professional image of Brennan & Co.
* Provide reports, analysis, and territory planner to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent Planning, Communication and Organization skills.
* Results Driven.
* Strong IT skills: proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Client and Customer focused person.
* Good level of Business Acumen.
* Excellent presentation skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree level preferably in a scientific/medical or business-related discipline.
* Experience in hospital medical device sales (3 years minimum).
* Experience in Hospital Consultant sales is essential.
