Key Responsibilities:
* Win new instructions for resale properties, new homes, development land, and individual site sales.
* Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features and potential.
* Negotiate sales to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Oversee the entire sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Provide exceptional service to clients, including property owners, investors, and buyers.
* Identify opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen relationships with investors.
* Collaborate closely with the Lettings and Property Management teams to maximise opportunities in the property market.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, or in a similar role within the property sector.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
* A self-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
