About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve production goals while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. They will also ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field. They should also have at least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in unionized environments. Strong understanding of lean principles, compliance regulations, and high-complexity production systems is essential. Proven ability to manage people and adapt to changing demands is also required.
