Job Title: HR Generalist
Description:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department in all aspects of office management.
* Administer payroll, compensation, and benefit plans as required.
* Assist in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, employee contracts, onboarding, and full employee life cycle.
* Support employees with HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve issues and problems.
* Promote HR programs for an efficient and conflict-free workplace, including EAP, EOS, Wages & Benefits surveys.
* Develop and implement human resource policies.
* Undertake tasks in performance management, gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and business KPIs.
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
* Manage phone calls professionally and follow up as necessary.
* Prepare outgoing correspondence as required.
* Organize and maintain filing systems in compliance with GDPR.
* Make travel arrangements for employees: prepare itineraries, make flight reservations, book hotels, rental cars/taxis.
* Participate in investigations, attend litigation cases/WRC cases as required, and participate in resolving grievances.
* Participate in audits and perform other reasonable duties as required.
