Company Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Company Manager to join our team in South Dublin. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company and providing support to the senior team in a creative environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across all aspects of program planning and delivery.
* Manage contracts and invoicing of companies providing services and utilities.
* Liaise with our solicitor regarding the renewal of all licences.
* Oversee general logistics, including making and coordinating travel, off-site space, and accommodation bookings.
* Work with team members to ensure administrative systems function efficiently.
* Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding for new employees.
* Support Line Managers in the administration of their management of employees.
* Manage performance reviews, staff development, and training.
* Maintain an efficient system for HR records, legal documents, and compliance-related files.
* Research new opportunities to improve processes.
* Take Minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
* Update and implement policies that align with our strategic goals.
* Project manage artistic development schemes.
* Oversee the scheduling and co-ordination of the off-site residency space Pavilion Studio.
* Manage grant applications internally.
* Implement strict financial management processes and budgetary controls.
* Foster and maintain relationships with participants and partners.
Requirements:
* Experience in Office Administration and HR Administration.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support staff well-being.
* Proficiency in HR management systems and payroll software is desirable.
