The School Food Company are currently recruiting for a Recruitment and HR Administrator.
Reporting to: Operations Director
Location: This role will involve a mixture of one day on site in the Limerick office, nationwide travel to all school locations and some element of remote working.

The Role:
This role will focus on a range of HR administration tasks and managing the recruitment lifecycle from
job posting to onboarding.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and
multitasking skills.
Role and responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting
candidates.
Conducting reference checks, and instruction regarding Garda vetting.
Create offer letters, contracts, and new hire onboarding documentation.
Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring they receive all necessary training and
resources.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support workforce planning.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records, ensuring accurate and timely updating of employee files.
Assist with processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and employee status changes.
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering
employee queries.
Respond to general HR enquiries from employees and management.
Other:
Assistance with adhoc requests as and when they arise Demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude with a willingness to undertake tasks as required. This role requires flexibility to travel and stay overnight if necessary. A valid driver's license and access to transport is essential. Qualifications and education requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, desirable. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel as required.
