This team member will interact and collaborate with banks, and other financing / FX partners and internal stakeholders from business and operational departments.The person should have an excellent understanding of fund finance, treasury and ideally of the private debt asset class, strong project management and communication skills.Primary responsibilities include:Manage projects to source, structure, and execute a variety of bespoke lending arrangements and streamline origination processesLead the onboarding of new lenders and credit facilities across the platformWorking with lenders on bids for credit facility opportunities and negotiating term sheets and legal agreementsBe involved in ongoing oversight on existing arrangements collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Answering other day to day credit facility questions both internally and coming inbound from lenders and other 3rd partiesLead the selection and implementation of alternative solutions for FX Hedging of Private Debt portfolios.Review existing foreign exchange arrangements and assess improvement potentialInteract on a daily basis with external relationship managers, advisory firms, investment bankers and asset-structuring professionals at a variety of financial institutions including banks, insurance companies, advisers and specialty lending entities.
