Packaging Operations Supervisor Role

Provides leadership, cross-functional development, tactical direction, and technical expertise to operational and clerical personnel in various stages of team development in the packaging of Grifols products.


Key Responsibilities:

* Line Performance (Lean) / Leadership Behaviors
o Liaises across multiple departments ensuring both outbound and inbound communications are clear, timely, and accurate.
* Employee Development | People Management
* Compliance / Safety
* Information Transfer
* Training


Requirements:

* Minimum five years production/manufacturing experience, preferably in a cGMP environment.
* Willingness and availability to work off-shifts and/or weekends.
