Job Title: Support Officer
We are seeking an administrator to support our client's needs on a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding their expectations. You will also work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and ticket handling
* Process applications and requests on behalf of clients
* Provide access to systems for new users and manage user accounts
* Generate reports and updates for internal management and clients
* Process registrations and set up new customers
* Perform general administration tasks, such as updating files and procedures
* Manage invoicing records and allocate costings
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, preferably with a customer care background
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics
* Previous experience with CRM systems
* Proficiency in Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
