Job Title: Business Development Manager and Trainer – Ireland - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Job Responsibilities:
The field-based Business Development Manager and Trainer -Ireland (Maternity Cover) will drive growth across the professional business supporting salons, clinics, and spas. Excellent customer service and people skills are essential. Focusing on executing training, education, and business support to maximise brand awareness and revenue. They will meet and exceed sales targets set by Sales Director to deliver consistent year on year increase and be proactive in driving new business.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed key sales targets.
2. Achieve new business targets.
3. Manage territory and journey planner.
4. Manage own diary, appointments, and time to ensure punctuality.
5. Deliver a high standard of product knowledge and education.
6. Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare and beauty trends.
7. Bring new ideas to the table to maximise sales and exceed targets.
8. Submit weekly reports on time.
9. Build strong relationships with their accounts and add value on visits to maximise mutual growth/profitability.
10. Train spa’s/salons/clinic on brand facial protocols.
11. Analyse reports, data to identify opportunities/issues and assist in achieving sales target.
12. Ensures that all administration, orders/payments, reports requests on a timely, accurate basic and checks work before distribution.
13. Always provides high touch service to all customers to deliver personalised service dependant on customer's individual need through salon/spa and clinic visit and training.
14. Embraces, communicates, and implements all brand initiatives immediately to ensure that the Salon/Spa is fully aligned, engaged, and prepared.
15. Activity recruit new Salon/Spa and clinic businesses to Murad brand, ensure new business opening receive monthly visit.
16. Ensures always represents brand in a positive and professional manner.
Essential Skills:
1. Proven experience in sales and achieving / exceeding targets.
2. Proven experience in actively seeking and securing new business.
3. Proven experience carrying out Aesthetic facials.
4. Can work autonomously and manage own diary.
5. Strong interpersonal, time keeping and organisational skills.
6. Excellent team player.
7. Proactive and self-motivated.
8. Proactively identify challenges with a solution driven attitude.
9. Experience delivering educational events and workshops to large groups of people an advantage.
Key Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced skin treatments, such as peels.
2. Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetics Therapy (laser and advanced treatments).
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry.
4. Excellent grooming standards.
5. Passion for aesthetics.
6. Commitment to personal and professional development.
7. Full driving licence and own vehicle.
