About the Job:
We are seeking a part-time Employment Programme Officer to play an integral role within the Adult Support and Employment Department.
This role reports directly to the Head of Adult Support and Employment and requires someone familiar with Human Resources and issues facing the Autistic community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver AsIAm's Employment Programme to companies supporting inclusive employment opportunities for autistic adults.
2. Liaise with the Training Team to provide employment support and consultancy services to employers interested in recruiting and supporting autistic talent.
3. Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders, communities, businesses, and the autism community.
4. Coordinate AsIAm Communities of Practice and events.
5. Monitor successes and challenges and prepare comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in a related profession.
* 3-5 years' experience in training development and delivery or other relevant HR experience.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Previous sales/promotions experience would be advantageous.
