We offer services including Civil and Structural Engineering, Traffic Management, Road Safety Engineering, Expert Witness Duties and Health & Safety (PSDP). Due to ongoing demand and growth in the sector, we are seeking to expand our Sligo team.
About Your New Role
You will assist in designing, supervising and monitoring drainage projects, maintaining design folders. You will be responsible for preparing contract specifications and drawings, conducting site inspections, and creating preliminary designs and reports using computer software. You will also contribute to project teams on a daily basis, communicate directly with clients, and implement our company's ISO policies and procedures. Additionally, you will assist in preparing tenders. Proficiency in Civil 3D and drainage design suites is required.
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification in civil engineering. A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil / infrastructural projects is preferred, with specific experience in drainage projects being essential. You must also have knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety legislation and regulations. Strong writing and record-keeping skills are necessary, as well as proficiency in AutoCad. Knowledge of Civil 3D / PDS, Arcady, PICADY, and LinSig is advantageous but not required.
