Reports to: Marketing Lead
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Content Manager to craft compelling narratives about Galvia's AI solutions.
You'll engage technical and business audiences with content that drives measurable outcomes — traffic, conversions, and revenue — and highlights Galvia's expertise and vision.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll work closely within the marketing and sales ecosystem, collaborating across teams to produce blogs, podcasts, customer stories, and thought leadership.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan aligned with Galvia's goals and industry trends.Content Creation: Craft high-quality written and multimedia content, including case studies, blogs, and educational resources, supporting both Galvia's core offerings and the AI Adoption Accelerator programme.Executive Thought Leadership: Collaborate closely with CEO John Clancy to develop content that positions him as a thought leader and AI ambassador, showcasing insights on AI trends and innovation.Social Media: Manage organic social channels to grow and engage our audience.Website Optimisation: Enhance website content for engagement and SEO.Thought Leadership: Position Galvia as an AI authority through insightful content.Editing & Proofreading: Maintain high editorial standards for all content.Analytics: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing actionable insights.SEO & SEM: Support organic and paid marketing efforts with keyword optimisation and testing.A/B Testing: Optimise user experiences through testing and analysis.What You BringA startup mindset: creative, adaptable, and resourceful.At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role.A results-oriented approach: autonomous and decisive in navigating challenges.Strong organisation and project management skills.Interest in machine learning, automation, decision intelligence, and DevOps.Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, and WordPress.Content creation expertise with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.Analytical skills to turn data into actionable strategies.Solid understanding of SEO principles.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.What Galvia Brings:Beyond competitive remuneration, Galvia offers an open, supportive, and transparent culture where continuous learning is at the core.
