Key Responsibilities
To carry out tasks set by the Supervisor/Operations Manager on all vehicle conversions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to best practices.
Task Execution
Complete all work activities as instructed by Management, maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
Record Keeping and Compliance
Accurately maintain all necessary records and CRM entries for each work task, utilizing the Maximizer CRM system to ensure compliance with procedures.
Tool Maintenance and Risk Awareness
Maintain all work tools in working order and advise management on requirements, ensuring understanding of relevant task risks.
Quality and Customer Service
Maximize use of own working time, liaise with clients/customers as necessary, and find ways to increase quality of customer service.
Support and Development
Support colleagues in the use of the CRM system, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.
