Job Description
* Have previous experience in a 4/5 star health spa or relevant experience
* Have exceptional customer care skills & IT skills desirable
* Be able to multitask and work in a busy environment
* Must be able to work weekends as well as midweek - not suitable for full time students, shifts typically from 10:30pm until 07:00am
* Good command of English, both written and verbal
* Must have a full, clean driving licence
About The Role
* Front office duties including, covering night audit duties
* Responsible for, dealing with guests queries and requests, driving guests to and from the car park
* Maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel and clean all areas of the Hotel
* Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e. meet and greet, guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy & attention to detail at all times
* To be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
* To comply with health and safety procedures at all times, uphold hygiene standards and follow health & safety policies and procedures
