The Well by the Sea Spa at the luxurious Cliff House Hotel is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Spa Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of our spa facilities. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure a welcoming, pristine, and relaxing environment for all guests.
Your role is crucial in delivering the exceptional five-star experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Cleaning: Ensure all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, changing areas, sauna, steam & pool areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
* Laundry: Manage spa linen, towels, and robes, ensuring timely collection, washing, drying, and replenishment for guest use.
* Stocking Supplies: Refill and organize toiletries, towels, robes, and other guest amenities in treatment rooms and common areas.
* Pool and Wet Areas Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna areas, ensuring proper hygiene and safety.
* Waste Management: Dispose of waste and recycling materials responsibly, maintaining a clean and tidy back-of-house area.
* Reporting: Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs for spa equipment, facilities, or supplies.
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and government guidelines.
* Guest Interaction: Assist guests with basic inquiries and ensure their comfort while using the spa facilities, always reflecting the high standards of service.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Attention to Detail: Ability to clean thoroughly and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
* Previous Experience: Experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
