3. Attend mould breakdowns to identify the root cause and solve problems including flashing conditions, gating, venting, and cooling problems.

5. Carry out preventative maintenance on tooling as per PM schedule.
6. Maintain moulds as defined in the General Maintenance Procedure.
7. Ensure the safety of the working area.
8. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management systems.
9. Follow engineering drawings to measure and mark out the design for the tool.
Requirements
1. Solas-qualified Tool Maker, equivalent with 3+ years post-qualification experience in an Injection Moulding Environment.
2. Experience required with hot runner system maintenance.
3. Ability to work to high specifications and quality requirements.
