Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support in various administrative duties, including customer service, financial record-keeping, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
* Provide general office administration support
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, answering phones and responding to inquiries
* Review and sort invoices and check requests for accuracy and compliance with accounting policies
* Maintain a complex record and filing system for accounts payable vendor files, financial records, purchase orders, and invoices
* Respond to billing issues, act as a liaison between departments and vendors, and ensure timely payment processing
* Verify departmental financial accounts to ensure sufficient funds for purchases
* Process requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* At least 2 years' experience in an office administration or accounts-based position
* Proficiency in Microsoft productivity software, including Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Effective corporate communication skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
