About the Role
The Health & Safety Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of H&S standards for a healthcare facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day H&S administration
* Liaise with departments and services to develop risk management policies and procedures
* Support delivery of key performance metrics
* Develop on-going development/training programs
* Contribute to service planning and implement plan objectives
Requirements:
* Level 8 Healthcare qualification or equivalent in H&S/Medical Device Technology/Quality & Risk Management
* Experience working in healthcare settings in Occupational H&S or advisory roles
* Collaborative experience working with multiple stakeholders on health and safety projects
* Knowledge of H&S policies and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office skills and computer literacy
* Strong communication and leadership skills
