Maintenance Technician – Product Supply

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play an integral role within the Product Supply Unit’s team, ensuring reliable supply of syringe and Vial products to our patients globally. The Product Supply APU consists of Device Inspection, assembly, label & pack and Vial inspection, label & pack.
This is a 24/5 shift pattern on a 23-month contract.

Your job, as Manufacturing Operations Team Leader will be to:
Main responsibilities:
* Carry out repair and maintenance tasks of all Process and/or Facilities Equipment, achieving an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP Standards.
* Input data into Maintenance PM System including the operation of such systems.
* Generate and own new equipment asset registration.
* Compile data and schedules to generate preventative maintenance programs for new equipment.
* Liaise with equipment vendors to define maintenance schedules, order, and receive spare parts.
* Support equipment FAT, SAT and all qualifications.
* Train others on all equipment, maintenance tasks, set up procedures and safety awareness as required.
* Operate and maintain all equipment to achieve an acceptable level of production output.
* Complete all duties as per relevant SOPs.
* Adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMPs and PPE rules.
* Conduct all maintenance duties in a safe manner and report all safety issues or concerns.
* Support and back up all maintenance teams i.e., facilities and manufacturing when required.
* Ensure correct and accurate communication of equipment issues/PMs/repairs, including reporting of serious downtime.
About you
* Previous experience in a Maintenance Technician role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Junior & Senior trades certificate or an equivalent third-level qualification.
