About the Role
As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate with the Head of Customer Supply Chain and two other demand planners to ensure accurate demand forecasting, effective supply chain communication, and comprehensive reporting.
This is a full-time temporary role covering a maternity leave for one year, starting in mid-May.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create a consensus forecast for the Kerry S&OP process.
2. Manage the monthly demand planning cadence.
3. Generate and share reports to provide insights and drive the demand planning process.
4. Champion demand planning best practices and communicate with customers and sales teams to improve processes.
5. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure outputs are considered.
6. Support product development projects, identify delists, and minimize material risk.
7. Provide support and suggest solutions when business targets are not met.
8. Attend Supply Chain Meetings as required.
9. Train supply chain teams on demand planning best practices.
