Job Title: Sustainability Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team at Glenveagh. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the collection of large datasets related to sustainability metrics, analysing data on a quarterly and annual basis, and maintaining Power BI dashboards/visualizations.
About the Role:
* Support and manage the collection of large datasets related to sustainability metrics from various sources across the Group.
* Analyse sustainability data on a quarterly and annual basis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Maintain Power BI dashboards/visualizations that communicate sustainability performance to key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with Business Units on implementing sustainability plans, including identifying opportunities and areas for intervention based on insights gathered from sustainability data analysis.

Requirements:
* BA/BS degree in Sustainability, Data Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business.
* Significant experience as a Sustainability Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
* In-depth understanding of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices in the construction sector.
