Within this role you will be responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition and University Relations (UR) Management to establish relationships and assist with the development of university relations strategies at core schools, including attending campus events and recruiting candidates for internships and full-time opportunities.
As a University Relations Specialist your remit will include the following:
1. Working with business leaders and HR team to identify intern hiring needs and executing the hiring process.
2. Ensuring managers and interns are adequately informed of the process and expectations.
3. Partnering with the leadership and TA team to effectively convert interns to full-time employees.
4. Developing a calendar of events for interns and ensuring events are effectively communicated to interns and internal stakeholders.
5. Building relationships with program participants to ensure a positive experience.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs to assist in delivering the calendar of events and initiatives.
7. Identifying and tracking key metrics to support UR’s ability to analyze annual program data to make recommendations on improving recruitment initiatives.
8. Partnering with employees to attend events and assists in creating collateral for campus recruiting.
9. Collaborating with the UR team to ensure all data entry and candidate communication is compliant and effective.
10. Coordinating the Apprenticeship recruitment.
11. Coordinating the Regeneron College Awards onsite events.
12. Coordinating the Regeneron TY Program.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Event Management.
