1. Good analytical skills providing insights and commentary to the business owners.
2. Ability to create reports / forecasting (including engagement metrics, headcount, profitability, ROI, etc)
3. Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting business.

6. Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment focused on quality of output.
7. Strong technical knowledge of business finance.

10. Strong IT skills, advanced excel and large ERP system experience preferable; dealing with large volumes of data essential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in consulting, with experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. They will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will also have strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
