Senior Partnerships and Engagement Manager
This is a permanent, full-time role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across government-funded and private sector organisations.
* Identify, develop, and manage B2B commercial opportunities to drive growth.
* Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, fostering long-term collaborations.
* Contribute to bid strategies and responses to secure new business opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Produce high-quality reports and updates for senior leadership and board meetings.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies that align with business objectives.
* Contribute to senior leadership discussions and decision-making processes.
* Ensure flexibility to meet business needs, including travel and occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in both private and public sector organisations is desirable.
* Strong track record in developing long-term, senior-level relationships with external organisations.
* Demonstrable success in business development and commercial growth.
* Experience negotiating contracts and managing high-value partnerships.
* Comfortable networking, public speaking, and delivering impactful business presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with CRM, management information systems, or other business tools.
