Role Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Recruitroo, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement with our platform. You will be the interface for candidates and clients. You will lead the client account from sales handover, talent acquisition, candidate selection, immigration workflows, and finally onboarding the candidate with their new employer in Ireland and the UK. The Customer Success Intern will work closely with the entire Recruitroo team to provide Candidates and Customers with the technical support, educational resources, and customer feedback required for them to meet their goals. This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily located in Dublin with flexibility for remote work 2 days a week.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Comfortable with technology and proficiency with Teams/ Miro / HubSpot
* Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams
* Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
* Must be eligible to work in the country of the job location (Ireland)
* Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor's or master's degree program, with preference given to degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, Computer Science, and related fields
