You will collaborate with our internal team to provide the best experience for customers' cloud journey, including Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Business Development Managers; you also have the opportunity to work with top-notch Subject Matter Experts (SME) and AWS Service Development Team on projects.
Aside from dealing with technical issues of varying depths and widths, cloud engineers can create or lead training courses, write technical articles, act as speakers in operation videos, attend AWS events, participate in recruitment processes, write tools/scripts or improve processes and strategies above. In AWS, your contributions can bring significant impact to colleagues and customers globally.
Role and Responsibilities
You will use your engineering expertise and skills to provide high-quality technical solutions that help customers achieve their business goals. You dive deep into complex questions to find the root cause and ensure the customer's specific requirements are fulfilled. Customers consult you about their plans and problems through various contact channels, including telephone, email, and web/live chat. You listen carefully to fully understand each customer's concerns and requirements. You guide customers by sharing facts that are backed by your troubleshooting findings and log data.

You'll frequently co-work with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers to ensure solution alignment and excellent customer experience. Position Requirements
This position combines knowledge of technical architecture, how to combine AWS services, and familiarity with programming languages, but writing code is not part of daily work.
All cloud engineers must possess basic network concepts, such as the OSI model, IP connections, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, and how to resolve common network connection issues. AWS training courses will cover these topics, so you will learn more during training. Additionally, cloud engineers will interact with domestic and foreign customers and read Chinese/English training materials, so you need to have excellent Chinese communication skills and moderate English skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in either technical support, systems/network operations, or software development roles
* Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
* Exposure to mobile application development (iOS / Android)
* Experience with REST API based services
* Knowledge of AWS and/or Cloud Computing concepts
* Effective communication skills to lead technical discussions and engage with customers
* Bachelor's degree in a Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics related field, or equivalent experience in a technical position
