Noel Group are recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Transformation Manager for a client based in North Dublin.
Based across their operations in Ireland and the UK, this role is all about driving innovation, streamlining processes, and delivering top-notch service through smarter logistics.
Role Overview As the Warehouse & Logistics Transformation Manager, you'll be responsible for leading large-scale change initiatives across our warehousing and logistics network.
From working with 3PL providers to upgrading warehouse systems and rethinking distribution strategies, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Design and execute a transformation roadmap for warehouses and logistics across multiple sites and partners.Improve warehouse layouts, streamline inventory control, and optimise fulfilment operations.Introduce best practices and smart automation across warehousing and logistics.Lead change projects that modernise operations and improve cost-efficiency and performance.Oversee implementation of new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics tools.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using data and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate across departments-procurement, sales, and customer service-to align supply chain goals with overall business strategy.Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, including SLAs and service performance.Redesign inbound/outbound logistics to increase speed and efficiency.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operations.Report on logistics performance, trends, and areas for improvement.Key Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience managing transformation and change within warehouse and logistics environments.A strong track record of leading projects and delivering measurable improvements.Solid experience with WMS and logistics technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Confidence in working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.Industry experience in plumbing, heating, or construction materials is a plus (but not essential).A degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.If you're ready to take on an exciting challenge, apply today ******
