More about the role: We're hiring a Levy Ireland HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our venues.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director, General Managers, and Executive Chefs to identify risks, provide expert guidance, and ensure best practices are upheld.
This role involves proactive monitoring, incident investigations, and performance analysis to establish and uphold high HSE standards.
You'll also play a key role in supporting new business transitions, embedding a culture of safety from day one.

Responsibilities: Delivery of Health & Safety and Food Safety & Allergen performance indicators Delivery of reactive interventions and operational support as required.
Regular Health and Safety reviews for all regional venues completed Quarterly Annual Audit of all of your regional venues Reduction in Total Recordable Incident Frequency Rate (TRIFR) for Levy UK&I Year on Year Reduction in Food Safety Incident Rate (FSIR) for Levy UK&I Year on Year Food Hygiene Rating of Satisfactory in Republic of Ireland in venues About you: A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of health, safety and risk management and the relevant legislation.
Ability to interpret and provide authoritative advice on health and safety management issues.
Knowledge of workplace environmental initiatives and how they add value to an organisation.
An understanding of our Sustainability strategy and how their role influences this.
