Job Title: Social Care Manager
CPL Healthcare has partnered with a leading Social Care provider to deliver high-quality care and support to young people and adults with disabilities in a residential setting.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our centre in Oldcastle, Meath, with Monday to Friday working hours of 09:00am-5:00pm (plus on-call support).
Qualifications and Experience
* A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies, or equivalent;
* A management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting; and
* 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting.
Alternatively
* A Level 8 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies; and
* 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting.
Or
* A related field qualification (e.g. Psychology) with the intention of completing a Level 7 in Social Care; and
* A management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting; and
* 4 years of post-qualification full-time work experience in a social care setting; and
* At least 2 years' experience as a manager in an ACIMS registered centre within the past 3 years.
Or
* Be entered onto the CORU register of Social Care Workers; and
* 4 years of full-time work experience in a social care setting.
Other Qualifications Considered
* Psychology (Level 8), and Level 7 qualifications in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling/Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences/Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care, BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing.

* A full, clean manual driver's license.

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
