Tasks will vary to allow broad development, but the following are an overview of the persons responsibilities: Duties to include: Processing warranty for MG Motor and other brands in the company Providing warranty training and support to the dealer networks Dealing with dealer network and customer queries Relating with the vehicle manufacturer for any requests or reports Control of warranty claims & Prior Work Approvals assessment, judgement, submission and credit note processing Data analysis review warranty KPIs and monthly manufacturer reports Preparing reports on warranty claims, expenditures and warranty trends Dealer training and implementation of warranty standards Development of systems, processes and management reports Verifying compliance with manufacturer standards through on-site and off-site audits Manage vehicle recalls and service campaigns, including customer communications Manage Infonet portal site for Service/Warranty (newsletters, bulletins etc) Building and maintaining professional relationships with all partners Perform various other tasks for the company as requested The preferred candidate will: Have relevant work experience in the motor industry including aftersales Understand OEM Standards and Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop, Autoview, etc) Possess a technical understanding including a knowledge of electric vehicles Demonstrate strong administrative and IT skills, needs to include at least Intermediate Level capability using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail Exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills Have the ability to provide a high standard of customer service Be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines Be flexible in their approach to work and adapts well in a small team Skills: IT Organised Administrative Duties Customer Service Customer Support Motor
