Job Description We have partnered with an international asset manager to appoint a Workout Specialist to its Dublin based team.

With a strong focus on Pan-European transactions across multiple asset classes, this role offers significant exposure to complex financial structures and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive performance monitoring of the NPL portfolio, including engagement with servicers Collaborating with servicers to optimize individual loan recoveries Reviewing deal documentation to assess available options Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis Monitoring and approving deal expenses Supporting larger loan 'Work-Out' scenarios and restructurings Potential to take ownership of asset management for the portfolio and oversee a team of support consultants
Candidate Profile:
Relevant experience in mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, or ABS management Strong ability to learn quickly and develop expertise in new NPL asset classes and jurisdictions Experience working with loans/NPLs and/or NPL servicers is beneficial Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel Solid academic background Interest in investing and a strong intellectual curiosity in finance Ability to form an investment view, take ownership, and drive necessary actions Commercial awareness with a basic understanding of financial statements, modelling, and SPV structures This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected team within a top-tier investment firm, gaining unparalleled exposure to the evolving European NPL market.

Requirements
* Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance
* 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry
* Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
