About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to troubleshoot and support employees with their IT-related problems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, providing IT Service Desk support, and planning help desk activities to ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the setup of new hires' PCs, including software and hardware configuration, helpdesk tickets, walkups, projects assigned by Team lead, documentation, and other tasks.
* Provide IT Service Desk support to users within the organization for computer, application, system, device, and access issues.
* Plan, prioritize, and schedule help desk activities to achieve maximum issue resolution in minimal time.
* Set up Active Directory accounts, image user PCs, configure Windows 10 profiles, create email accounts, set up phones, and physically troubleshoot user issues at their desks.
