Are you an experienced HR professional with people management experience? Our client is looking for a Team Lead to join their HR team for a very exciting role..
Main responsibilites:
1. Support the Head of People Operations in delivering a proactive and efficient People operations function. This function is responsible for all HR operational activity across the employee lifecycle including performance experience, all leave, reward, benefits, global mobility, offboarding.
2. Manage the day to day responsibilities of the people operations team to provide a consistent, knowledgeable and professional service across our employee lifecycle processes, in line with policy, best practice and legislative requirements.
3. Ensure the effective delivery of HR processes in a joined up, engaging and customer focused way working to defined SLAs.
4. Deputise for Head of People Operations where required.
5. Provide guidance and coaching to the team in dealing with employee queries.
6. Build on and continuously develop our knowledge documentation and support resources to ensure consistent approach across the team in resolving queries.
7. Participate in the identification and delivery of key projects/continuous improvement initiatives/additional offerings. Partner with HR Tech team to improve system processes.
8. Collaborate with key partners on People insights, trends and opportunities to drive proactive solutions.
9. Collaborate effectively with other people-centered teams (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, L&D, Reward etc.) and stakeholders to keep shaping impactful moments along the employee journey.
Experience required:
10. Experienced HR professional with 5+ years experience - extensive knowledge of HR generalist activities
11. Degree in HR, business or similar area.
12. Experience in people management, managing, coaching and developing team members in a busy environment
13. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business.
14. Customer focused approach.
15. Ability to build trust and stakeholder relationships both within the business and HR.
16. Ability to balance conflicting demands, manage issues/projects and deliver to deadlines.
17. CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable.
