Job Title: Part Time Transport Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our client's team as a Part Time Transport Administrator. Based in Dublin Port, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes for transport staff, including drivers and logistics personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing payroll for transport and logistics employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Tracking driver working hours, tacho records, and overtime calculations.
* Handling payroll queries from drivers and transport staff.
* Ensuring compliance with transport and payroll legislation.
* Managing payroll documentation and return-to-work processes.
* Liaising with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
* Ad-hoc payroll and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in payroll processing, ideally in a transport or logistics environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good understanding of driver hours, working time regulations, and payroll compliance.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with transport teams and management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Experience with payroll software is an advantage.
* Manual handling training is beneficial but can be provided.
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays (20 hours per week)
09:00 - 13:00 or 07:00 - 11:00 (flexible start times)
Hybrid working optional
Salary:
€16.56 per hour (dependent on experience)
