Job Title: Content Moderator

About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our platform remains free from abuse and offensive content. Your responsibilities will include:
* Investigating and resolving reported issues via our ticketing system, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Enforcing our clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of social media platforms and their associated challenges.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Motivation and ambition to drive continuous improvement.
Language Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
* Fluent German (B2+).
* Advanced level of English (C1).

Location and Working Hours
This is an office job based in Dublin 3, Ireland. Shift-based working hours apply, typically 9-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility required for weekends and bank holidays.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €31,000 per annum, plus a €3,000 bonus.
