Responsibilities:
* Strong knowledge of Source to Pay process and cross-functional team dependencies.
* Precisely follows Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
* Understand Workday Procurement and Financial functionality, as applicable to the role, and provide feedback to Product teams on opportunities for enhancements.
* Thoroughly reviews purchase requisitions for accuracy and completion, managing approvals and processing purchase orders.
* Partner with Accounts Payable to investigate and reconcile invoice and receiving transaction discrepancies.
* Serve as the single point of contact for the internal customers; ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely responses and transparency to the purchasing process.
* Assess the training needs of internal customers, support in developing/enhancing training materials, and deliver effective training programs.
* Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ experience in Procurement Buyer / Purchasing Analyst Role.
* Experience in creating purchase orders.

* Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multi-task with the agility to change direction quickly and often.

* Ability to work well within tight deadlines.
